Eric and Amy are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and truly helpful when I have a question. They’ve even helped me troubleshoot my machine over the phone! Their service is the best experience I’ve had at any family owned retailer, and I trust them completely. I feel like I’ve learned more about sewing from Eric and Amy in a few quick visits than I have from years of YouTube!

Amy is ridiculously creative! Her quilts and various textile projects inspire me !!!!!! She has such an eye for detail and color… is such an encourager and is so sweet! Her husband is great too and I just live their shop which is chock full of fabrics, notions and machines! If you sew or want to learn they have beginner classes and support! I could spend my whole paycheck there!!!! Go! Your creative self will thank me!

Best shopping experience ever!! I traveled to Sew Simple because I wanted a Janome machine -- but I didn't know which one. Eric was amazing at listening to me and hearing what I was trying to say. He suggested the PERFECT machine for me. The machine he suggested was within my budget and had all the bells and whistles I needed without any extras that I didn't want to pay for. After purchasing my machine -- the real fun started! I took my first 2 1/2 hour lesson with Amy and the time flew by. I can honestly say that I learned to love my new machine as well as learning 3 or 4 quilting tips that have changed my sewing life! Pro Tip: Bring your scissors to Eric for sharpening. It is such a boost to cut with sharp shears!

The best customer service any where!! Amy and Eric are the nicest people you could meet. I have always gotten great service every time I stop in. I enjoy going shopping here. I wish it was closer to me. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Thank you both for all that you have done. . If you need a Janome or some great fabric and notions, stop by. You will also have a great experience too!
