Great experience! We brought our Husqvarna in for service and picked up a SEBO Airbelt D4. A tremendous upgrade from our x7 on flat surfaces...which we have a lot of. The X7 still beats the D4 on carpet performance with its Auto leveling feature. All in all, not pushy with sales, simply professional and quite helpful.

My experience here was excellent. I was sick of researching for what vacuum I needed online (lots of pet fur, mix of delicate floorings, etc). Adam was so helpful and let me try different vacuums, explain the differences, and helped me find the right product with a great warranty. It was so much more pleasant than endlessly searching online for info and reviews which end up just being ads.

Awesome place! Classes, services, consultation, products, itβs all here! Knowledgeable and cheerful and most important, everyone Iβve talked to has a great sense of humor. However, the most striking, the very first impression I came out of the store with, was calling me by my name. Really impressive. So I keep coming back π€·π»ββοΈ. Ok, I also love the classes and quality of goods, too. But they call me by my name! Top notch.

This is a wonderful branch store. I purchased a used machine from them, but changed my mind when I saw an irresistible deal from the Quality Sewing website.i picked up the machine I ordered from the website in the Silverdale store. I was dismayed to find that I needed a couple of items that I expected to be provided. The Silverdale manager gave me items from her stock so that I would not be inconvenienced by waiting for them from the website. Terrific customer care! They have fun classes, too.

While looking for a complementary fabric for a project I am working on, I decided to check out the fabric at Quality Sewing & Vacuum. When I entered, I was surprised to see their fabric section had expanded. Picking out the fabric that would work, the nice employee who waited on me agreed that it would look good with the scrap I had brought along. Due to that, I purchased the fabric. I am very pleased with how I was treated: respectfully, with courtesy, and friendliness. I will return more often after that experience!
