I was happy with my finished quilt. My issue is with the cost. I thought their prices were steep to begin with and my estimated cost and pick cost went up by $55. That big of a upcharge should have been approved by me. Given the choice I would have gone elsewhere. Not very professional or acceptable business practice. I regret going there!!!

So I went in seeking info on how to get these 2 holes repaired on my quilt I've had for over 30 years! Also ideas on how to wash it as it's super heavy and I'm in fear of possibly ruining it. Dry cleaning was the answer for that and for the holes, although they have a couple great machines to use, you have to take their class 1st and then rent them to use them on site! But she did give me a business card for somebody that does repairs being as I only need a couple holes repaired so they don't get bigger! I recommend checking Heartbeat Quilting out, the store is stocked!!
