I talked to the girl there very nice and very helpful even Took the time to go see my size of my hat were the north town mall lids the guy that works there very very rude and it’s not the first time he was rude so this lids in the Spokane valley mall two thumbs up it’s about the experience that’s a good one that counts thank you Spokane valley mall ❤️👏🏻

Had to return a hat because it didn’t fit and at first even paid to have the bill curved and they wouldn’t accept the return due to them taking off the stickers to curve the bill and didn’t “think” they could resell it with curved bill. I am Beyond disappointed in this store and with how many hats we get this will not be a place I support any longer.

Takes for ever to get infos or a guy to show up to help ;( waiting 11 minutes for an info about the price ..

If I could do a negative star I would. Went into this store today Aug 25, 2022 at 1100AM with my 10 year old son to get a couple hats for the new school year. The young man working would have to be the rudest salesman I have dealt with in 20+ years. First off not a single greeting and instead we got a dirty look like what are you doing here. We asked for help and the young man looked irritated came over grabbed the hat and roughly handed it to us without a word. This happen four times and every time he was rude and acted like we were bothering him and we should just leave. We were struck at how rude this young man was and will never visit this store again. My hope is that the store manager will see this and do some serious training with this kid. I will be sure to let my friends, family and other military members know not to visit this store.
