Huge selection of fabrics! I can find anything I need at The Quilting Bee. I love how many different types of thread and batting you can find. They sell kits for quilters of every skill level that I'm excited to try out, and the staff are always friendly and helpful!

IBrought in a defective bernina walking foot that was over $200, used the foot for 2 days and it broke 3 needles making only 10,12"quilt squares. New machine, new foot. Because of your 30 day policy you refused to exchange the foot without looking at it. Also the management made a YOUNG man deal with the problem. A customer should NEVER have to get irate with a defective product. Finally a repair person gave it a going over and agreed it was defective. When a product costs that much with so many moving parts, you should have looked at it right away. Very disappointed with the management! The kid at the desk should have never had to deal with an angry customer. Thank goodness the repair man took the time to work on the problem and see that it was defective. It was exchange.

Beautiful store! Fast, courteous and friendly service. I took my machine in for general service and received a call that it was ready later that same day. Thank you Quilting Bee for such fast service. Back to sewing!!

I want to give a huge thank you to Titus who helped me pick out my new sewing machine. I first went in a couple of weeks ago to get an idea of what I might want and returned today to make my purchase. On both visits he was very helpful and informative. He listened to my needs and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. He was respectful of my budget

I had to take my embroidery machine back in after it had already been serviced, but Jason sat at the counter with me for almost an hour trying to help me figure out why it was still malfunctioning. Katie and Molli(spelling?) and Trevor(I believe was his name) were great to chat with about hamsters while my machine was being looked over. 😄 After Jason determined I needed to leave my machine there so he could work on it more, I proceeded to go purchase some embroidery thread where Susan helped me at the checkout counter. ❤️ We had a great conversation! Loved her glasses 🤓. My machine was done same day so I ran back to pick it up and the store was pretty empty but Katie was still there!! Great customer service all around! I highly recommend this place! 😁
