Tried to have an old Elna fixed at this shop. When I went to pick it up and they handed me an almost identical machine (luckily mine was engraved with my mother's name/ address). When that mix up was sorted out, they let me know my machine was unfixable. I was bummed but understood since it was an old machine. I decided to take the machine out of it's case today and the power cord/ pedal is missing! My mom stopped in to inquire if, by chance, they had the cord and was told they absolutley did not have it. It's hard for me to believe they wouldn't have used the cord while attempting to fix the machine. Read this review as a warning and know there are other wonderful places to have your machine fixed in Spokane.

I would not recommend this shop. Took my sewing machine in for a repair estimate in Jan of '22. Anna said it could not be repaired. Which is fine.,...but now she won't return the machine and case. I had to go out and buy a new case that cost 60.00! I have gone to the shop and called her six times. She always acknowledges that she has the machine, just can't give it to me for some reason.

Took my sisters machine in for repair as I had used it to make a small curtain for a door and had bent the needle crank. I was lied to and was refused a detailed receipt. When I returned to pick up the machine I was told it was given a complete overhaul. I expressed that I did not ask for that. The machine was brand new, my sister had never used it. The woman said it was full of lint and was "not" new. I was charged $80. I asked for a detailed receipt showing what the repairman had done, they refused to supply that. I do not recommend this establishment after being lied to and ripped off.
