Came in to have a patch sewn on my sweater. The lady was friendly and said it would be done in a few hours. Came back and it was perfect! Definitely will be back! Thank you!

I visited the Stitchery on Regal for the first time and even though they don't have a lot of fabric to sell, they do have a lot of patterns, beautiful quilts, and gorgeous hand stitched items. It's a different kind of store and definitely worth a visit. The owner was very nice and helpful. They also offer quite a few classes on their website.

I was disappointed in the quality of service I received here. The staff was friendly with *other* customers but kept it very short when it came to helping me. I asked one question and the employee answered rudely, like as if she was inconvenienced by me. Since this place seems to be locally owned, I had hoped to feel welcomed. I felt uncomfortable during my entire experience here and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. If I wanted to be treated like just another body I would have gone to a chain fabric store like JoAnns. The only reason why I’m leaving two stars instead of one star is because I was able to find some fabric I liked.

I went into this shop the first time looking for a Juki machine but not knowing much about the actual machine just the machine's reputation. The owner spent a good half hour showing me a couple different machines and offered good advice. I returned to purchase a machine and she went out of her way to work with me. I participated in her mask sewing project a couple months ago. It's definitely a shop that caters to its regulars but I do in my business also.

I recently purchased a sewing machine and was impressed to be required to be present to unpack my new machine along with store owner. So I saw the exact condition of the machine right out the box. Then I was immediately given the basics of the machine operation and shown and required to do return demonstration of the basics. The staff and owner are friendly and polite while conducting business so they provide quality service to each customer. Each visit to this store is a 380 mile round trip and a 6 hour drive! And this store is worth the trip based on the quality of seeing machines and fabrics they sell, and quality of help they give!
