Had a lastminute gift to get embroidered and everywhere I called either had week+ waits, required a giant batch, or simply didn't offer it. Vic answered immediately, got me in and out in minutes, and did an excellent job for an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely be using again any time I want to add a special touch to something!
