Custom Print Bros

This is my second time using Custom Print Bros for creating fun personal shirts for a group. First time I used them was a few years back for a special birthday trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and now I recently used them to create shirts for a company employee event. I highly recommend them for their awesome customer service, communication and patience with me throughout the process. The shirts come out really nice and exactly as I wanted them! They have a wide range of different options that will most likely meet all your needs. I needed two custom t-shirts for an upcoming competition and was worried about turnaround time ordering online. So glad I decided to try Custom Print Bros at the Florin location instead. The owner is one of the nicest people you'll meet. I let him know we needed softer, breathable material and he walked me through every option they had in store, plus what they could order and still have back in time for printing. I didn't find the exact color I wanted in store, so we ended up ordering, and he helped me select the right one based on the print design. The whole process was incredibly fast. There was a small error on the design print, but he handled it with the utmost care and made sure it was corrected right away. That kind of customer-first approach says everything about the business. I'll be coming here for all my printing needs going forward and recommending them to everyone I know. If you're debating between ordering online or going in store, trust me, you won't regret it. Better selections, quick turnarounds, and genuinely great people.

I had an excellent experience with Custom Print Bros. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. I ordered DTF gang sheets for my kids’ school basketball team T-shirts. I emailed them what I needed printed, they quickly sent an invoice, and I was able to pay online with no hassle. My order was ready the very next day, which was amazing. As a busy mom, I couldn’t pick it up right away, and they were totally accommodating when I arranged an Uber courier to pick it up for me. They let me know once the courier arrived and handled the pickup process smoothly, which I really appreciated. I’ve ordered print transfers from many companies over the years for DIY school projects, and nothing has compared to the quality of their DTF transfers. Every print was flawless—no errors, no marks—and the colors were vivid and beautiful. They even provided pressing temperature and instructions over the phone. The transfers pressed perfectly, peeled easily, and adhered great to the shirts. All the kids love their shirts, and they turned out amazing. I’ll definitely be ordering from Custom Print Bros again.
