Excellent service. I called this week wondering for the best machine, I went today and I purchase one , they did my delivery and set up at home, also invite me to come and learn 😍 it truly feels amazing to get a new machine and don’t be lost because of their help Thank you for everything.

Responding to Mrs. Nina Argibay’s NEGATIVE comment, I would like to defend the service of Brother Miami. Mrs. Argibay has interpreted the automatic response as a lack of courtesy, and I would like to express that we never respond in a rude manner nor do we ask Nina to stop bothering us, as she suggests. The WhatsApp system is configured to send an automatic message outside of business hours, simply reconfirming the customer service hours. (After 10:00 am) any type of information is provided. My response is not intended to be offensive, but rather the opposite: to clarify that automatic responses are a quick way to manage communication with customers. Each person interprets things differently, but her comment does not reflect the commitment and service quality offered at Brother Miami. We provide service with responsibility, excellence, and kindness within business hours, as all official stores and distributors do.

I have been looking to purchase an embroidery machine and my research lead me to Brothers brand, which then it took me to this place as one of their "Official Dealers." I was redirected to their website and the information in there was very poor and basically said to contact them via WhatsApp, which I did but before 10:00 am (not expecting an immediate response); however, I did received a very rude reply saying OPEN AFTER 10:00 am, sent me two pictures of their schedule, and one with the hours circled. Basically saying not to bother them, well it's ok I took my business to Tops in Pembroke Pines and bought my machine with them, where the service and assistance was amazing and will leave them their well-deserve five-star review. Whereas Brother Miami won't receive my business and gets 0 stars for their website & customer service.

I recently came across USA Stitches while looking for an embroidery company, and I’m thrilled to have found them. Their customer service is excellent, and their production process is efficient.
