David and his team delivered branded wristbands for my business networking event. They were perfect and right on time. I'd trust them with any custom project.

I had a very disappointing experience with Miami Stitch. I placed a custom order three months ago, and I not only haven’t received my item, but I also can’t get in touch with them for any updates or a refund. I would strongly caution others before placing an order here.

If I could put negative stars I would!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!!! Literally all of my shirts I sent in for work are ruined with crooked and wrongly placed embroidered signs. They’re placed on the shoulder of my shirt and side ways. The embarrassment of walking around work with this is ridiculous. Even took my boss’s nice shirt from untuckit that cost over $100 a piece and they ruined that as well. The sign also placed on the shoulder. It shows the lack of care and consideration for the customers. Not to mention the RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL service by a rep answering the phone with an attitude and saying “who is you you callin’ me” when I was just asking for the rep who had helped me prior and was asking for my order status. Honestly only send your shirts here if you want them COMPLETELY ruined.

Paid for an item worth nearly $300. I was told it would be ready in time for my grandma’s birthday (which was over a month away). Her birthday was now a week ago. I haven’t received the item and and my contact has completely ghosted me. I have to contest the payment with PayPal to try to get my money back. What a scam.

I own a little gym in Miami. We bought customized tanks for our trainees. The logo hasn't faded or damaged, and the color is still vivid after multiple washings. Miami Stitch did a good job. I'll be placing another order soon.
