I will NEVER shop here again. I went to this lids and brought two customized hats. One of my hats name were crooked as you will see in the photo and I asked a young man if he could fix it he said that the name was not crooked when it obviously was and was being difficult and wasn’t trying to accommodate the wrongdoing of the hat. I eventually asked if I can talk to a manager he said that he was the manager of this store and said that he would now help me, but after this, there is nothing he could do to help me and I need to watch him do it on the machine angrily. As he is actively helping me he FaceTimes someone and props the phone up and tells me to come watch him. I stated I did not feel comfortable being in his FaceTime call with someone I didn’t know , he stated “don’t worry about her , either your going to come back here or I can’t help you” then proceeds to say “are you going to listen or keep talking” 🤨🤨🤨 everything from this interaction was recorded. I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE! He refused to give me his name and called security on me due to me asking him to do his job all because I wasn’t comfortable with being on his FaceTime call (which you shouldn’t be doing at work anyway) & asked him to fix my hat.

Excellent customer service at this location. The young lady, Alex who helped me was extremely kind, professional, and willing to assist from the moment I called. She answered my questions, helped resolve my issue, and made the process easy. Her helpful attitude and patience turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. This level of service deserves recognition.

This is my 2nd visit shopping with David at this location. He made me 2 custom station hats for the fire department & he was spot on both times. He's consistent & is attentive to the details. David is now going to do our station hats & any personal hats I need in the future.

Ashley customer service was amazing 🙂 She’s a great asset!!! She was so bubbly over the phone as well as when I arrived. And the store was closing soon. She did not rush me off the phone & she checked the inventory for me with no hesitation. I wanted to speak 🗣 to the manager about her customer service & she advised me that she was the manager & she expects the same attitude from her team. I’ll certainly be returning.
