I worked with them in the past and the service was okay. However, the communication is not. They've now had my apparel for over a month and are basically ghosting me. I really need my apparel and am willing to pay for the embroidery. Need them to contact me ASAP.

Came to have some t shirt prints and hoodies printed. Was very well done and extremely cheap compared to other around me. Been using him for a few years with my printing needs and will continue to use them.

We needed a few shirts printed FAST, due to an issue at another printer. GSAM took the order for us, and had the shirts the next day…. During the crazy almost Christmas season. The shirts looked BETTER than our other shirts, and the price was much better! Great job, highly recommended!!

Tim, who is very busy, was able to do a one day turnaround on a T-shirt I need for a TV program I’m going to be on. Yesterday he sent me a email showing how the shirt would look and to see if I wanted any changes. The work he did is excellent. I Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you again Tim, and I’m definitely going to recommend you to others.

Poor customer service. It takes weeks to get quotes on orders or to get questions answered. When I finally get a quote and try to pay my down payment, the store is closed during normal operating hours. I went on 3 separate occasions to try and pay and each time they were closed. I've decided to take my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.
