Not exactly happy with how my embroidery came out. It was definitely off centered and not the font I asked for. Wouldn’t recommend for embroidery.

This location is Sugarloaf is the prime example of great customer service and professionalism. I bought a custom hat from the Dawsonville Lids location and turn out the hat wasn't done correctly like how I requested it to be done. Came to this location and they took the time to correct and give me exactly what I wanted on my custom hat. These guys at the Sugarloaf location are really the best...

I love shopping at lids, every time I go there they always have the perfect had to match my outfit I have yet to be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with Licks, especially with Josh. Josh was incredibly helpful, providing quick and thorough assistance. Although he's American, he speaks some Spanish, which was very helpful. His attention to detail and clear explanations made everything easy to understand.

4 business days in and still no customization. Purchased a hat 5 days ago and custom option was recommended by the associate. He said during my purchase that my logo would be digitized and sent within a day or two. I stopped on the store to check the status and another associate said it would take about 2 business days longer and they would call. A 4 business days have passed and no call or status update had been given. Headed to the store tomorrow for my purchased hat never to return again. Horrible customer experience. Do better.
