Beautifully curated 100% cotton fabrics and wide minky backing that's so plush and soft! Dropped off my machine for maintenance and did a little shopping while I was there. There is a longarming service attached to the store, and the staff seems very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was hesitant to bring in my sewing machine but was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t want to have half the price having it looked at that I spent on the whole machine. The gals immediately introduced me to the tech and I explained to him that after taking the plastic off and lubing what I could, the machine was still having friction issues and not turning over correctly. Of course the machine started working after I drove an hour to have it looked at. Possibly because my lube job had actually accomplished something the month before. But still the fact that he was willing to look at it right then and there and give his advice was a huge value. Will be coming here again to purchase any of my threads and cutters because of this experience.

My mother needed her serger serviced and she called to inquire and was greeted by the nicest person on the phone. Upon bringing the machine in, we were met by Daren who was very helpful and friendly. The machine was completed ahead of schedule and Daren took the time to thread it and make sure it was in great working order before sending it home. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone who sews or would like to start!

Took my wife's sewing machine in for repair. Was told it would be 2 weeks. After 4 weeks of waiting with no contact, I drove 50 miles to demand the machine back. I was then told " the technician took it home yesterday to work on it" the technician was called and I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I drove around Lafayette, Indiana for 2 hours waiting. When I returned it still wasn't there. I waited in my car another 30 minutes, when it finally arrived. The technician then proceeded to lecture me that there was nothing wrong with my wife's machine, she just didn't know how to use it. It took you 4 weeks? Then an additional 2 1/2 hours to determine there was nothing wrong with it? Are you serious? I paid the $100.00 service fee because he cleaned it. When I got it home, it still didn't work and now made a funny noise. So I took it to a factory authorized repair facility up north. I dropped the machine off on Saturday and got it back the following monday with the following note. The machine had not been cleaned, simply dusted with oil. It was improperly adjusted and the cutter slot was full of debris. It now functions perfectly. Do NOT use these people to repair your expensive machines, they are incompetent and rude.

I went out shopping one day to buy a new sewing machine, I went to several stores before someone directed me to Sisters Too. When I arrived at the sewing shop,I was immediately recognized by all the staff there. They took their time with me and helping me pick out the sewing machine for me. There was never any pressure, in fact they gave me excellent advice on where ever I would purchase my machine, to make sure if any problems can up, they I could get service when needed. Then they sat with me showing me how the machine worked. I was so thrilled with the whole experience that I did in fact buy my machine from Sister Too.
