Very disappointed-I ordered (and paid for) a shirt in early September. Didn’t hear anything, so I called a couple weeks ago and left a message to check on it. I waited 24 hours, didn’t get a response, so I called back. I was told someone would be in touch. This was over a week ago, and I still didn’t hear anything. If the shirt isn’t available, I’m fine with just getting a refund, or at least some kind of response to let me know what’s up

This place is worthless. Placed an order online for 12 shirts on June 8 (it's now July 25) that was supposed to be done in 10-15 business day. I've gotten so many excuses on why they aren't done, from "he just missed the order" to ordering the wrong shirt sizes to health problems with dental and diabetes issues. I've been up there multiple times to talk to them which he assured me they were working on the shirts and would be done later that day, but they never were. Nothing but lies coming from this place. Avoid at all costs.

All of their reviews are pretty old and I feel like they need some more recent experiences. I have nothing but great things to say about Strawberry Patch, Ankeny. They have worked on shirts for Midwest Pallets, Mr. Frog's Tacos, and some of my personal groups outside of work and have done a fantastic job! I have had embroidery work done on pre-purchased items, and have also had embroidery on items ordered through them. Both were finished on time and looked very professional with a very fairly priced art set-up fee. They also helped me get some shirts done for a food truck event on a VERY last-minute notice and came through with quality screen-print work of my logo at an affordable price. Most recently I had Paul make me some shirts for my college group with graphic design work. I gave him just a few details of what I wanted and he far exceeded my expectations with a very tasteful and trendy design, for again, a very affordable priced. The staff are all very friendly and personable, and I always enjoy my visits. I will continue to use and recommend Strawberry Patch for any of my custom clothing-design needs for work and play. Keep up the great work guys!

I own a business in Ankeny and I asked if they could make me 3 shirts with my logo on them. I’ve been in there 8 times and each time the owner has an “excuse” why my shirts aren’t done. His go to excuse is his employees are either sick or on vacation. This place is so poorly ran and unorganized. 1 step into that place and it won’t take you long to figure out why the service is so bad. I’ve been in there 8 times and it’s been 126 days and STILL NO SHIRTS. My 5 year old niece could make a shirt with her bare hands faster than these clowns.

I always get fabulous service from the people at The Strawberry Patch. Debbie always goes out of her way to take care of me and make sure I am happy with my order. They have excellent prices and the merchandise is top notch. Anytime I need custom embroidered shirts, I turn to them. They've also done softball uniforms for me and they were awesome!
