Customer service at In Stitches is amazing. They go above and beyond to make your vision a reality. Great communication if a project is do-able and what they can realistically offer. Most embroidery and vinyl shops don't offer the variety of products that In Stitches has, especially at their price point!!! This small business can create unique and one of a kind items or products on a larger scale. It's great to support young entrepreneurs who want help bring your idea to life.

Took a christmas sock in to have a name embroidered on it and a design on the sock. Took about 2 weeks. Went to pick it up and the name was so small you could hardly read it. Went back to ask if they could make the name larger. Acted like it was a big deal to do for a customer who has brought many things there to be done. Then asked why the tree was not put on it an was told they couldn't do it. So no phone call to say they couldn't. So I was in shock when I picked it up. Not happy with it at all and she could not talk to me made the husband. Needless to say will not do business there again and will not recommend them.

Most professional and personable business people I have met in a while. 5 stars is an understatement. Laser engraving service was super communicative, prompt, exactly as asked, and they actually care about your custom needs and the purpose behind them. Would not go anywhere else for my laser engraving or embroidery needs.
