Ordered a custom shirt for my girlfriends birthday and I am very happy with it and so is she! It is exactly what I wanted and what I envisioned, made with very high quality and attention to detail! Easy communication, payment made very easy and professional, and pick up was a breeze and Chase fully worked with me on times to be able to get to him to get it(which was complicated by me and my personal situation, but he made accommodations). I had Cincy Stitches embroider polo shirts for 2 of my businesses. I'm in Georgia, but this company came highly regarded and I figured I'd give them a shot. WOW. I'm so glad that I did! Communication was next level, there was practically zero lead time (ordered May 27, shipped May 31, arrived in Georgia June 1!), and the attention to detail was fantastic. Oh...and price? Roughly the same as what I paid for the same Nike Polo without any embroidery. Win all around. I have the occasional need for other custom printing and Cincy Stitches will 100% be my first stop.
