I like the store and what they sell but I tried to get something embroidered recently and it didn’t happen. I called to make sure they could do it within my time frame. He was snippy but said he could probably get it done within the week. I then went into the store and the woman helping me was clearly new so the process was a bit slow (totally fine I get it). The owner came out and was rude to her and wasn’t even friendly to us (potential customers)… I went through the process of explaining the design I wanted and providing all the information (took about 15-20 min) and then at the end they said they could get them to me too late… so I just left. The owner didn’t try to work with me or even say “sorry please come back next time we usually need BLANK amount of days”. Overall just a really unfriendly owner… I know he’s a TU alum and that’s why I went to him bc I am as well but alas… being unfriendly doesn’t get you business. I definitely won’t be back.

I've been using them since Spring '96, but this maybe the last time. I brought in a brand new never worn, un-wrinkled $625 blazer to be embroidered with my frat crest. The blazer I received back was wrinkled, and the lapel had pilling, that maybe unrepairable. Do better. Stanford K. White, MD, MBA

Truly a place with stellar customer service and communicationl. I truly appreciate this place! I recently got a jacket created for my organization by this shop and they followed the design I had in mine to the letter. I will most definitely be going CampusConnection for any/every other need I may have, these guys have gotten me as a customer for life! Thank you all again!

Campus Connections never has to worry about getting another dime from me. Firstly, their selection for D9 merchandise is really poor. I walked in and was never greeted. I walked around the store for 10-15 minutes. At least 4 employees walked past me. They talked over me to one another. I have not been greeted yet! The employee checking me out had an attitude that was flat at best. If it wasn’t for a last minute gift, I would have just walked out. I have been a good customer throughout the years, but today was my last visit. I will take my dollars where they are wanted.

Just moved to Nola. Went here on a recommendation to have a backpack for a toddler embroidered. The employees were nice and friendly; they took time to understand what I wanted exactly. The next day I returned to pick up my item and it was everything we discussed except in the right location. The owner, I presume, offered to redo it however to backpack was ruined. He never offered to pay for my item even though he accepted responsibility (the tape that marked the location I wanted was still intact).
