I've bought 10+ hats from different Lids locations. The size availability, variety of designs, and quality of customer service can not be matched anywhere else than this Lids HD. Both I and my partner have been assisted by Nais/Nice, Stormy, and other employees on several occasions while browsing to buying hats to getting custom embroidery done and I've never had a single complaint! I frequently stop by looking for size 8 fitted hats and today, the 8's had their own section!! I was able to quickly find new designs in my size. Nais/Nice, Stormy, and the crew here at Lids HD are super helpful!!

Saw this on one of my visits and stopped in to get my guy a hat and realized I wouldn't be able to, there are too many! I brought him back for his birthday and the service was amazing. They custom the hat there as well and you can bring your own hat for a small fee. If you are looking for something in the region that's new and HOT, drop in!!
