Bernina Sewing Center

Brought my sewing machine in for cleaning. 3 weeks later get a call that there was a broken part on it and they could proceed with cleaning or adjustments. Paid 1 hour of labor for nothing. Took it to a different shop ... only to find out nothing was broken .. showed me the button that was accidentially pressed and all good (by the way this shop didn't charge me anything) .. I used the bernina shop in great falls previously and was always happy with the results and a much faster turnaround time. Needless to say this shop doesn't gave experienced people needed in the repair department. Also need to say the counter lady was very rude the day I brought it in, that should have been my clue to leave in the first 5 minutes there. I guess she could have been having a bad day, but I didnt need to be addressed the way she did. I know where I'll be taking my sewing machines in the future not there

I stopped in today because I’ve had some frustrations with my old singer sewing machine and the staff could not have been more helpful. They explained everything to me in great detail and were very kind. I walked in pretty frustrated because I was in the middle of a project, But I left feeling very at peace and very welcomed. I’ve never been in before today, but I will absolutely be back!

Took my machine to be serviced, was a little taken back when the owner felt it was appropriate to announce loudly to everyone, in the store, that my machine, that I never had an issue with, was basically toast! She was giddy! Now I have issues! AND my machine has large gouges, where it was obvious pried open and missing screws! Funny how their helpful attitude disappeared when I refused to let them do the "Repairs!" Don't disrespect, customers! I won't be back! Don't bother trying to contact me I'm done! I know a hard sell when I see one!

Huge selection of fabrics, always changing and keeping up with the seasons and holidays. Staff here has always been super helpful with the various projects I’ve brought in. Everyone here has an eye for color and can help me instantly match and coordinate fabrics for my projects. Recently talked to Michelle, the owner, about a new machine. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about the whole line of Bernina machines. She spent a great deal of time explaining the different machines to me. I ended up putting down a deposit one. However a few days later my circumstances changed and I needed to renege on the machine. Michelle couldn’t have been more gracious and immediately refunded my deposit. So glad we have such a wonderful fabric/sewing store so close to home, and customer service is outstanding!

Fully recommend this place. Give em a try, you won't regret it. Stopped by this place by chance looking for some specialty fasteners and waxed canvas. They didn't have the fasteners, but they did have the canvas (at a really good price for the record). I was absolutely impressed by everyone I talked to. Genuine people doing a great job. There was also something else that's hard to explain... Each worker I talked to had the excitement of a hobbyist with knowledge of a professional. Not sure the word for that, but it made the experience enjoyable. I'll be back.
