I’ve been a customer for over 20 years with zero issues. They had issues with KOA corporate and cut ties. I called to place an order as a privately owned KOA campground, and they were happy to help and take the order. 5 weeks later I called to check on my order, and to my shock, they refused to fill it!! They could have easily done so, but chose not to. I’m shocked, have never been refused for any reason ever. Still can’t understand their business choice. I half think they did it on purpose to stick it to a KOA. Just don’t get it, buyer be ware!

Carol and her team do a fantastic job every time! Our custom logo's turn out great and they can match stitching to the clothes and make them look right from the factory. Our go to place for all our work clothing and embroidery needs! Thanks Graphic Imprints!!!

I ordered a t-shirt from the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and when I received the package in the mail it seemed much larger than what it should have been. I opened it and here they had thrown in a hoodie free of charge! Needless to say I was impressed!!!

We had a very large order of T-Shirts for my son's pre-school, which included dozens of different designs, and sizes of shirts. Not only did they get the order exactly correct, it was turned around before I even collected payments from the rest of parents! I am so impressed, and will use them for any future projects of this nature. I recommend them to anyone on the fence.

I run Big Sky Pride and we've used Graphic Imprints for everything from shirts to hoodies to hats, with screen printing and embroidery, since 2017. With really tight production times, and the need to make it great for a very picky audience, Graphic-Imprints has come through in every way, even when I lose my mind and forget to order something - they've saved me several times. We're excited to work with them on new products all the time, and we're moving forward with several new pieces this year. Anything you ask of them comes back looking amazing, and I couldn't be happier!
