had the absolute worst experience with this company. i did not receive what i was promised and the owner dylan guarino is not a good business owner. do not do business with him

Hats off to the great team at Ink Made! T-shirt fulfillments are always spot on, both in terms of turnaround time and product quality. It's been awesome watching them grow over the past few years and work with so many different brands, bands, and organizations!

Honestly from the start it was good felt very confident that I’d found the right manufacturer to do my stuff for my up coming brand .. I’ve ordered my stuff the beginning of this year and it’s about to be a new year soon and I didn’t order much just a couple of shirts so I can get sample out to promote my brand I don’t think samples take this long ….. one of the guys told me that there was problems with my order and that they couldn’t get the embroidery done he suggested to throw me in a couple of shirts if I still wanted to still continue with them and I said yess because i know things happen.. but he found someone to do my embroidery.. later on I texted him saying what’s the status of my order He said there will be done in five days five days pass.i texted him and didn’t get no response . I’ve texted him many times called him many times I even went in person no one’s answered so I’m just lost the words I don’t know what happened but I’ve had a bad experience and it’s pretty sad. I’ve got my hopes. For nothing and it sucks I just wanna start my clothing brand but manufacturers like this kinda bring me a step back. I understand things happen but come on at least an update would help .

Ordered a bunch of shirts about a year ago, sent the agreed upon 500$ up front (the rest upon delivery) and the shirts never arrived. Lost in mail apparently. About 6 months ago i was led to believe id be getting a free reprint, but I never did. Nor did i want a free reprint because the shirts were specifically for a few concerts last summer. As much as I’ve desperately tried to resolve this, Inkmade has been purposely ignoring any messages on social media, emails, etc. im leaving this review as a last resort attempt to get their attention and get a refund, as i dont think they have any plans on making me whole as of now. They seem like a great print shop otherwise, but theres just a lack of trustworthiness in how they have handled my situation, and i dont think ill be using them to print anything in the future.

Great experience throughout the whole process. From discussing pricing, blank options, etc. to actually sampling and starting production on my order, these guys have been phenomenal. 10/10 communication the entire time and always described things in full detail. On top of that, probably the FASTEST turn-around time you’re gonna get out of anyone. Truly amazing the entire process and I couldn’t be more grateful. Choose InkMade!
