Almost 3 years ago I purchased a Miele vacuum from Ryan's Sewing & Vacuum. I brought the vacuum in for Service because the brush was not turning. I was helped by a young man named Wes, who was able to clear my problem easily, as well as diagnose a short in the handle. He was able to fix the immediate problem and ordered a new handle at no charge! The service was excellent and I thank you again, Wes.

Many years ago, I had my mothers Brother Sewing machine. Used it a lot and abused it even more. I took it to Ryan's around 2008 for a tune-up. I don't think it ever ran better than it did after that tune-up! Ran it for a few more years, but finally blew the motherboard. Given the great service it had given me, I knew I wanted another Brother. Given the great service I got at Ryan's, I knew I wanted to get my next machine from them. So, headed back to Ryan's and got an amazing Brother machine, which I dearly love. (As I recall, they even took my fried machine as a trade-in and took a bit off the price). I've taken it in a time or two for tune-ups and the like, it still purrs like a kitten. This past week, I got the idea to get an embroidery machine. (Starting a crafting business of sorts, and embroidery would help with some of the projects.) Being semi-retired, finances are tight, but I trust Ryan's and figure any machine I get from them will be solid. Due to a bit of Divine intervention (and an amazing young man named Austin), I got a stellar machine at an unreal price. The more I work with this machine, the more impressed I am! Silly thing does everything but slice/dice/julienne fries ... and I think if I had the right attachment, it would do that too! Ryan's Sewing & Vacuum has been a wonderful resource for the past 20 years, and they keep getting better! I am SO glad I wandered in there all those years ago with my ancient Brother. And as a side note; in this post JoAnns & Hancock Fabric world, they carry fabric too! Thank you so much!!!

I had my embroidery machine serviced. Great customer service, quick turnaround time and it wasn't a painful price. So I dropped off another embroidery machine, and next will be my sewing machine.

I visited Ryan's last week and was shown around by Ryan. He showed me several machines and then didn't pressure me to buy one. I needed some time to think about what I really wanted. When I went back 2 days later, Austin helped me and really zeroed in on how I sewed and suggested a machine that is the perfect fit. He answered all my questions and gave me a demo of the machine. I have an appointment for a free private lesson on my new machine. I was very impressed by everyone who helped me.

Great service and skilled employees! I brought in a Black and Decker and was sadly informed B&D no longer ships parts to independent repair shops, but the guy offered to determine the part and get me the part # so I could order it myself (thus saving the time and headache). Then upon further inspection, he figured out he could pop the part out and fix it himself with some cleaning and "regrooving." He got it working again so I could get some more life out of my machine and refused to charge me a dime for his trouble. I'm a customer for life, now!
