I needed a last minute shirt printed for a teachers gift, they couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating! Same day I called, they were able to do it for me! Then when I decided I wanted a matching shirt for my son… She Took the time to go through all the available colors and sizes, and even had the dry fit material that he was hoping for. So very patient and professional, amazing customer service. Thank you!!! We will be back ❤️

So there are few things I want to say about this business, first being they are a life savior! I called a couple of print businesses one being a business called SAMEDAYPRINT. I kid you not, I went through all of the steps only for them to tell me I could come pick up my shirt three days later. Now it’s my fault for not having my money ready until the event was the next day and I do take full accountability for that, but you would think a business who named themselves same day meant I would be able to get what was needed that very day. Anyways, I ended up calling two more business and Custo Print was the one who pulled through for me! Not only did they do it same day but they even accommodated me after their business hours! The second thing I want to point out was how much their business feels like family. Anybody whose ever worked in customer service knows the BS that comes with companies forcing their made up family values on to you, however Custo Prints made me feel like I was sitting in their store with my cousins, aunties, & uncles! I enjoyed their atmosphere and I just like their vibes all together. Makes me want to continue bringing my business to them. The third thing I want to give credit to is the ability to accommodate what you need. I seen on their website that they will bring your creativity to life & they were not lying! I’m going to add my shirt so you all can see their work! The back of my shirt had words that I made up with the website to the other business & they wasn’t sure at first if they was going to be able to added (mind you this was all rushed on my end) yet they managed to do everything I wanted & I really do appreciate them for even trying to do it all for me! Last but not least, I’m a big girl & unfortunately that does limit me sometimes when it comes to businesses because most stop at 3X in sizes. Custo Print goes up to 5X! I got a 4X because at the time that’s all they had in the color black— (I have to keep pointing this out but that’s because this was all last minute!) I’m actually glad I got the 4X because it was nice and stretchy. Usually times I have to get the biggest size but this time I do believe if I would have gotten the 5X it would have been too large for me & I love that I get to say that lol. I’ve already washed this shirt twice now & it hasn’t changed a thing about it! No shrinkage & no peeling either. What’s even more great about all of this is that the price remained the same! No lie, I get a little jealous when it comes to seeing the same clothes cheaper because the size is smaller. But nope, Custo Print has the same price no matter if you are a 1X or 5X! Overall this business gets a 10/10 from me & if I ever do need to print something again, I will be coming back to them! Thank you Custo Print you made me & my niece day! I enjoy the Tora-Con event so much & got a lot of compliments on my shirt because of you all!

Amazing work. I have purchased several items- shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats all customized. They wash well with no shrinkage. I live in Memphis Tn & trust this shop. Would definitely recommend!

Hands down this is the fastest and most Professional Print shop I've been to in Rochester. The quality of work is amazing and the location is Great!! Make sure to give this company a call next time you need printing needs!! Yes I got two custom hoodies myself!!
