Great service, well stocked with varying materials, free classes if you purchased your machine there.various types of machines for sale. Staff very helpful. Love this store. I have been going there for years

I literally just got off of the phone with a guy that works here… he didn’t give me any information, He literally said there’s not many sewing classes and said nothing after that…. I was expecting a (you can call back in …. Or a OUR sewing classes start…..) so I’m like ooookaaay thank u… VERBATIM….. He says YUP…. I really dislike people ……. I WONT BE GOING THERE , NO RECOMMENDATIONS EITHER 🤮 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ive had multiple bad experiences over the last 20 years. I want so bad to like and support a small business close by, but this past visit will be the last. It is very generous that they will diagnose a problem with your machine for free. But they shouldnt decide to clean and fix other things at $55 an hour without asking or being told.

Jackie and the employee I interacted with were both really helpful and nice. I have been on the fence about what the right embroidery machine for me would be, also if I should just buy online or in a store. Jackie listened to my plans for the machine then sat with me and gave me an overview of the machine she thought would be best (and also the embroidery software). It was great! I am happy that I could support a local business instead of buying online. The input was really appreciated. I also can’t wait to come in for a class (which is an amazing perk of buying a machine with them).
