I placed an order for long sleeve uniform tops on October 7, 2025. I got an email from Wendy on 10/26/25 telling me that the color I ordered was on backorder, as of today 1/5/26, my order has not been fulfilled! No one ever answers the phone! I've left messages and sent emails asking for a status but no reply back. The worst customer service! I hope that my grandson school do not use them in the future.

Order came in a MONTH late because they lost it inside their own store. For a month. Then tried to blame us for not picking it up until I showed them the 2 other orders that we had already picked up. This store would be out of business if the schools here didn't MANDATE that uniforms come from them. Any other store I would've returned the order 2 weeks ago.

I'm uncertain why they have a phone when they never answer and there is no option to leave a voicemail. They came to Buffalo armed with enough uniforms for half the school and told me I can order online and pick them up. They're is no option for a pick up and the website is so "janky" that I can't complete my order

I had a highly disappointing experience with Stitchworks. I placed an online order for my son's school uniform, but unfortunately, the items were too large. When the package arrived, it contained only the clothes, with no packing slip or receipt. I had ordered the smallest size available, leaving me with no alternative but to seek a refund. I visited the store to process the return, armed with my order confirmation on my phone. Regrettably, one of the employees treated me rudely and offered store credit, which I neither needed nor wanted. Another staff member attempted to locate my order number in their outdated system but couldn't find it. The first employee then informed me that if I wanted her to continue searching, I'd have to endure a lengthy wait. The second employee suggested leaving the clothes and promised they'd look into it when the store was less busy, assuring me they could refund my credit card since it was an online order. Three weeks have now elapsed, and despite numerous emails I've sent, I have yet to receive a response. Not only do they have the clothes I initially ordered, but they also possess the money I spent. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to prospective customers.
