She used a NON-TEAR backing on my TOWELS! They are towels! When I dropped off she said she would have to use a thicker backing but no mention of non-tear. In addition, I wanted the name smaller and the paw print larger. She said it would cost a “little more” when I went to pick up it was DOUBLE. Not only am I out the cost of the embroidery, but also the towels. They are now garbage. I’m so upset.
