Stopped in today and had this made, Ivana is a BOSS, I told her what I wanted and she got right to work. Thank you soo much, I'm going to wear this with great pride.

I had the best experience at Lids in Crabtree. I don’t typically wear hats so I was a little nervous. Ivana was very sweet and super helpful in finding my perfect size!

Came in for a second hat today and left, when I got back to my hotel, I realized that the stitching I had done on it looked like crap, the letters are really bad and looks like my kid did the work.

Wanted to share my experience since I've seen several comments about poor customer service. My interaction was solely via the phone; I called to ask about a NY Yankees fitted cap in my color/size preference. They didn't have it in stock but the young lady who took my call was very pleasant and seemed to be diligently checking if the cap was available in the store. She even answered additional questions I had about when their new shipments come in and their website order functionality. To note: you can order from Lids online but you are not able to select in-store pick-up, only shipping to your home. Apparently this changed after Lids was acquired by Fanatics.
