Mrs. Gerry and the staff at Raleigh Tees did a PHENOMENAL job!!! I was nervous at first because I didn't think I was explaining myself clearly but Raleigh Tees saw my vision better than me!!! We couldn't be happier with the quality of service and embroidery that we received from Raleigh Tees. They were a direct recommendation from Patagonia when we were looking for someone local to embroider the jackets we bought for our company. I was apprehensive at first when we needed to ship our order from Patagonia to a company I've never worked with before, but those concerns were quickly eliminated by the amazing customer support we received from the team at Raleigh Tees. Raleigh Tees was there at every step to make sure we were getting just what we wanted. Jaimes was great at keeping our order on track while John, the embroiderer, helped us through a few unforeseen challenges that was a result of the tricky material we needed to embroider our logo on. We'll definitely be using Raleigh Tees for future swag needs!

Jaimes was a pleasure to work with. Had another company who could not fulfill our timeline and I called Raleigh Tees with the go ahead to print my order on a Friday afternoon and the shirts were ready by that next Thursday!!
