I have taken a couple classes here taught by Brenda. I have learned a lot and she has made it a lot of fun while teaching. She is very knowledgeable and creative. Luke’s is a great place to go to have your sewing machine serviced or to buy a new one.

I took my machine here to be serviced. I was told it would be 3 weeks before I had my machine returned. After 5 weeks, I still heard nothing until I called them myself I was also told that if a part was over $20 I would be contacted for approval to fix. The part was $59 and I never heard a word from them. $204 for the whole service. When I did receive my machine back, id discovered that they lost my foot pedal/ power cord despite the invoice stating I had brought one with the machine. After all this, I bring my machine home and begin sewing. I told them for sure my hand wheel was stripped when I dropped my machine off (I checked myself before taking it). I’m not very shocked to find that my hand wheel is still stripped and it is broken still. I was told on the invoice that there was allegedly nothing wrong with it. 2 months and $204 later and I still do not have a functioning machine. I would recommend going anywhere else, especially one that listens to your concerns.

Luke’s Sewing Center is a great little shop and quickly helped me. I live in Illinois, but bought my sewing/ embroidery machine from them 4 years ago and needed help and within a few minutes they solved my problem!!! Thank you so much to Shawn and Cindy!!!

I have been shopping at Luke's sewing center for a few years. I first time I walked into the store the people who work there are absolutely wonderful people, very friendly, great service. They are well educated in the machine and great with lessons. I really enjoyed their sewing class because they are fun and your always learning. Thank Bev

Super friendly, they repair any type of sewing machine and vacuum sweeper. They have techs to look at machines and sell parts, bags belts. They have sewing machines, embroidery machines, quilt machines, surger and they can order more.

Wanted to share my recent shopping experience with Luke's Sewing Center. I have to say it was nothing but positive from start to finish. I wanted to upgrade from the machine I currently have, and the idea of investing in a new sewing machine can be an overwhelming experience (so many different features etc.), and after researching on my own for several months, I messaged Luke's via their Facebook page and found them VERY responsive. We messaged back and forth for a few days and they always responded in a timely fashion, and they were patient and helpful with all my questions. Once I felt ready to purchase, I visited the store and spoke with Genevieve, who I had been messaging with. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the support and classes that were available to me, and made me feel confident that I'd found the right machine for me within my budget. Wouldn't hesitate to shop again at Luke's and would highly recommend working with Genevieve (and Shane!)

Before buying my Viking Designer Epic 2, I spent months researching—not just the machine itself, but also the company behind it. Genevieve, Shane, Cindy, Sue, and Brenda at Luke’s have been super friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. They’ve been amazing not just for embroidery, but for all my sewing projects too. I’m so glad I chose them!

Had a great time today at Springdale at the rope bowl class. So much fun. Brenda is a hoot and makes learning a great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there today! I’ll be back for sure!

Purchase your machine at Luke's and you can get unlimited assistance learning all the new things on the latest machines. And the classes are superb. Each class teaches new skills and you take home whatever you came to create. The trainers are patient and calm and spend time with each attendee. I have learned so much, and I will continue to attend classes to improve my skill set. I've attached photos of the rope bowl created during my most recent class.
