Bernina of Oklahoma City

I had bought a Bernina 830 and I didn't feel comfortable with this machine. I had talked to John and was wonderful and very patient with me. I tried several machine and decided on a B535. The transaction was so smooth and I will always be my Bernina store in the future. Thank you

I really wanted to LOVE this store! Their selection of embroidery thread and stabilizers is AMAZING! I have visited this store twice (once was to spend a Gift Card I got for my Birthday!) Both times I was followed and watched by employees and was not offered help. They treated me like I was going to steal something. When I asked the employee watching me this time a question she could not answer it and picked up the package and read it. (I could have done that, I visit stores like this to gain knowledge from experienced people.) Each time I checked out the employees acted put out that I would have the audacity to make them work. Each time they also asked me if I was in their system and when I said "No" they did not even explain or offer to me whatever that is. If you are in a bind and need something ASAP they have a great selection but their customer service is less than to be desired.

The best of all in one dealership. Yes, Bernina is a great machine, but frankly it is such a sophisticated machine that if you don't have a great dealer, you can be lost on it. This is the dealership that goes with this great machine. Not only do they service their clients after the sale, this is a place full of creativity and imagination for many ideas on the uses of this wonderful machine. I've had my 790 for almost 3 years now and love it as if it were new because it still sews as if it were new, and yet I'm still learning wonderful features on my machine thanks to the staff and attitude at Bernina of Oklahoma City. Behind the doors of this dealership is lots of fun and creative events, but don't kid yourself. There's some serious business with machines for every level of sewing and the techs, and teachers for years of enjoyment of your machine.

I have owned my 880 for three years and I have never been completely satisfied with the embroidery module. I explained my issues to Bernina of Oklahoma City and they repaired my machine. It now stitches 100% perfect designs. I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Bernina of OKC service department. And the rest of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for fixing my machine.
