I just did my first order with World Weidner The item was half the price of anywhere else It arrived promptly with free shipping I am really happy with it. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order so I ordered a couple more items that I wanted. Really happy with their product and service

I was quite nervous buying a Juki TL 2010q online to be shipped but I communicated with them to make sure I was being sent shipping infor and they responded quickly to my messages with all the answers I needed- turnaround was quite fast! From order to home was 4 days and I was pleased! They even requested UPS signature for the sewing machine so plan on being home or you won’t get your machine. The box was literally the Juki box and everything was intact . Because it sat in a very cold delivery truck and we’ve been in the -20 degrees I let the sewing machine warm up for the night before I even plugged in and turned it on. I was so happy I even ordered a left compensating foot from them with my points I. Earned from buying this machine. They had the best price and discount and are a certified JUKI dealer per the Juki website. I’m very happy that my transaction went perfectly and felt safe to do business here.

This was my first time to visit the world Weidner store. I had been looking at sewing machines on line and because they offer so many brands decided it would be worth my time to go check them out. It was well worth the drive! I am fairly new to sewing and my salesperson was fantastic. He not only was knowledgeable about all of the machine brands he was very helpful in helping me to narrow down to what would be the machine for me.

A quilter’s haven!! What an amazing selection of fabric and machines. I have never been able to compare, shop, and test different machines in one place. Great customer service and they go out of their way to ensure that you understand their product offerings. Definitely will be making this a regular stop on my travels.

Today, I had the unparalleled honor of being assisted with a somewhat difficult retail problem, by the literal "best" customer service individual I have ever encountered. Shay (her name) not only went the "extra mile" to try and solve my dilemma, she went to the outer reaches of the universe! She was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, concerned and engaged. She researched the situation in a thorough and very timely manner and found the solution that I had been trying to discover daily, for over a week! At 70, I have been working in customer service oriented jobs all 54 years of my working life. She is the definite Gold Standard! Shay, job very excellently done!

I called the World Weidner Creative Center looking for information about embroidery machines for my wife, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Shay, a supervisor there. She was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my (many) questions thoroughly. Shay also went above and beyond by explaining how to take advantage of discounts and bundles the company offers. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and kindness. If Shay’s attitude is any reflection of the company as a whole, then I absolutely want to do business with them. Outstanding customer service!

I special ordered a luggage set for my Brother machine. Shay was so very helpful, taking the time to look into delivery timeline. And giving me the good news that it’s being delivered tomorrow. Also helped me find the right hoop for my needs. I have ordered software upgrades and machine accessories from World Weidner and never been disappointed. This is an awesome experience! The store is huge and has the largest inventory of sewing machines and fabric under one roof that I have ever seen! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and ready to serve!

The new World Weidner Creative Center is incredible. Any and all quilters or crafters in the OKC area need to check it out. They've got hundreds of different machines and thousands of bolts of fabric. Everything you could ever want as a creative. Very friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere.
