I strongly recommend you do not shop here. We bought the Jazz II & Grace cutie quilting frame & stitch regulator from this local dealer instead of online for several reasons, one being support and assistance. There was neither. There were multiple errors in receiving our order correctly and then find out that no one in the store can help us when it isn’t working correctly. We were lead to believe they had classes but there are not. Their solution was for us to buy a more expensive machine. Such a disappointment. Such a waste of effort & money. The store is beautiful & the sales people friendly but it goes no deeper, just a fasade. 😢

I had my 20 year old Kenmore mechanical sewing machine repaired here and they did a great job. The work ticket told me everything they did and the staff was super helpful. Thanks a bunch

Great place. The staff are the best. I went in while they were having a sale and got a new machine that I call my Cadillac. I went back for lessons. Everyone is awesome
