I lost my nephew Wednesday and his service is Monday but I was determined to have a blanket with his name on it. I called a few places yesterday but they weren’t open on the weekend and some couldn’t do a same day turn around time, I called and spoke with a gentleman that assured me someone would be here today 03/14/26 and could do it. Xavier went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. I was only able to give him five stars but would give him a thousand if I could. That small gesture meant more than he could ever know. Thank you Xavier and Lids for the most amazing experience ever!!!

Dropped a hat off to be embroidered have not heard anything. Was told they would call when it was done. No one answers the phone at the store. Guess I will have to drive up there to get any information.

I ordered a hat from lids online that didn’t quite fit right so I called into the store and the manager Andre King said to come by and he would take care of me.. HE DID JUST THAT… helped me get the perfect bill curve and my new hat fits PERFECT! Andre’s that guy - super helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend this store. The PREMIER lids in OKC.
