U Big T's Screen Printing & Embroidery

I had contacted them last minute to get two shirts embroidered for christmas. They responded quickly, helped me arrange my design and did a fantastic job. They were able to have them ready and available on Christmas Eve for me. I would give more stars if I could and am excited to use them again in the future!

U Big T’s has exceeded my expectations for every order I have made. They are easy to contact, super friendly and punctual on getting orders completed! 10/10!

First the shirts were not finished in the time frame I was promised. They threw in two extra shirts for that which I was grateful. But, I went to pick up the shirts and the logo was HUGE when that’s not what I asked for. Was told they could be redone and I stressed that I needed them done before I went out of town. I was told they could do that, was given a date (Wednesday) but told they would for sure be done sooner than that (Tuesday). I had to contact them to see if they were done, they said yes but in the midst of preparing to go out of town I ran out of time to pick them up. So, when I got back from vacation (6 days later) I went to pick them up and only one of the three shirts that were to be corrected was actually finished so they lied when I asked on Wednesday. I was given a refund on the shirts that were not complete but was basically told that I needed to choose between a refund and the shirts being done correctly so now I still don’t have those and I am stuck with shirts with this huge logo on the back that looks terrible so either they sit in my house collecting dust or I choose to sell them anyway for way cheaper and lose money and have bad shirts out there. I don’t want people seeing the messed up shirts and thinking that’s what I deliver but otherwise I lost out on a lot of money. AND I STILL NEED SHIRTS DONE CORRECTLY! So that’s more money I lose.

U Big T’s hit it big with their outstanding customer service. All the staff are polite and friendly, making you feel like family and not just a number. I had them customize a T shirt for me and it came out perfect. I will definitely go to them again in the future. If you want great honest service as well as great prices choose these guys!

Has them put a gamer tag name on my daughters overwatch jacket they did a wonderful job I’m very pleased they are fast and friendly looking forward to doing more business with them in the future ! Definitely would recommend!
