June 6th 2026 I ordered the Baby Lock Meridian Inspirational book. I paid $179.00 over 180.00 with shipping. I didn't NOT receive my book. I finally called the customer service number given on their website. This number goes right to a voice mail. Nobody answers the phone. I received what looked like a computer generated email later. The email didn't make sense. Still nobody will call. The $179.99 was charged to my card and it's now PAID with No book and No quality customer service. Very BAD service Gloria Horn. Very disappointing. I want my card reimbursed. Please be careful ordering from this company.

I ordered three presser feet and the low shank extension piece for my baby lock Solaris on April 9. I received my items on April 18 after an email and a phone call in the order. I did not receive the little screw that goes with the extension piece for my baby lock since then I have made four phone calls and I believe three or four emails to Gloria Horn and have yet to receive the little screw that goes to the piece so it’s basically useless. I can’t use it. I can’t use my other Sewing feet. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life when you call Gloria Horn, you get a recorded message that says I will get you in contact with the correct person and they’ll call you back. I’ve received two phone calls saying we’ll fix your problem and it have to be fixed. I will never order another thing. Company

This is a jammed packed machine, fabric and notion shop full of amazing products and extremely helpful staff. There are gems to be found in every corner. This is a full service shop! They do almost daily tutorials that you can find ON THEIR OWN APP!! The staff was SO professional. Prices were going rates with a pretty good sale selection. This was a shop we visited as part of a 5 day road trip across PA looking for fabric deals and sewing inspiration. I had no specific needs in mind, and I left with 12 yards of fabric!

I ordered a bobbin case for my machine on Friday. It is now Wend and still I have not received a shipment confirmation. I have called before the purchase and left a message and I have called and emailed the company with no responses. I have disputed this with my credit card company since I can’t get a person on the phone to cancel this order. Plus the shipping was over $8.00 to Wisconsin for a tiny bobbin case. I will never order from them again. I also placed an order on the same day from a different sewing company and I am receiving the order today. Stay away from ordering when you can get the same item within 4 days on your doorstep. Also, this automatically upcharge you for “EASY Return” and you don’t catch it at checkout it’s automatically added. Luckily I caught it and removed it when a statement of “ you do not have easy return available for this item”. That is another reason. Stay away

This shop has beautiful fabrics. Knits are very high quality. Staff is extremely helpful. Don't miss the daily Facebook live shows or download their app. The upgrades to the store are fabulous. Awesome shop and everyone there is so helpful and willing to sit down with you and go over any questions about machines etc. Just love these people. They feel like family. 🥰

I’m sorry, but they rarely deliver on your orders for Comment sold. After two or three weeks, I call and they tell me it’s on backorder so I have to cancel the order because I know I will never get it. They don’t contact me. I have to contact them to find out. And I see that they keep trying to sell those things on their lives when they are backordered . They do not contact you if your order is on back order. I have always waited for at least two weeks for 10 business days. Then I call and they get a little snotty with me when I ask where my order is. One time they told me that they couldn’t cut the fabric because the lady had been out for two weeks that does that. No apologies just why can’t you wait over a month for your order or more? That’s kind of their attitude. I have to call on my orders every time I order. The only thing that has come to me in a good timeframe are high ticket items. They must come don’t get me wrong, their educational lives are amazing. I just wish they could get their small item product delivery under control. They need a lot of help with customer service.

really nice folks... the owner Mrs. Horn is very very kind. a good place for the location as its the only sewing store close by. Always a quick help and they have a talented repair man. and great notions and very nice atmosphere of fabric and the quilts hanging up are really nice.. God bless this store

Generous folks at this homegrown local shop for homesewn quilts and crafts projects. Beautiful fabrics, classes, and sewing machine repair service are offered here in a lovely converted brick house.
