I have purchased 4 embroidery machines from Fonder Sewing. I have always had wonderful customer service. I can call them and they will help me on the phone. I purchase all my Floriani thread from them. I don't drive anymore, but I can call and order thread. I love the help I get from them. Classes they offer are amazing and really help! I tell everyone that asks where to go...Go to Fonder Sewing!

Although I am not a regular customer i was treated as if I were a regular customer when I took my machine to be repaired. My machine was fixed in a timely manner and I was treated very well. I would definitely recommend Fonder’s!

I finally had to junk my 50-year-old machine and upgraded to a new computerized Brother. Quite an upgrade but oh so nice. The staff did a great job of explaining the new features when I bought it and when I stopped in with a question.

I had a very good experience with Fonder Sewing. Very knowledgeable. Easy to talked to. I had taken my sewing machine and serger machine to them. They said it would be done in week and half and it was. They cleaned the machine and they repaired anything that needed done gladly I was happy go to them for repairs on my machine. They were very awesome to work together with them and they explained things to me. Very impressed.
