I bought a Juki online from this shop during a great sale. It was shipped promptly with great communication from the staff. Unfortunately, when I started sewing with it, the machine malfunctioned. I called and spoke with Cheryl, the manager. She was absolutely wonderful on the phone, expressing great concern, almost taking it personally that she sent me a malfunctioning machine, which of course was not her fault! She put me in touch with her mechanic, Ron, who was also very helpful in trying to diagnose the problem. It was determined that my machine had a defect, a very RARE defect as I am a true fan of Juki machines. Cheryl was beyond amazing. She is extremely busy running her shop, but she spent alot of time with Juki headquarters arranging the replacement of my machine. Cheryl kept me updated with texts and phone calls and responded immediately to all my texts. It wasn't long before I had my replacement machine and sewed happily through the holidays. I live out of state and never had the pleasure of visiting this shop. I just happened to notice their great sale on Juki's. Now after my long-distance experience with them, I will seriously make an effort to visit this shop! Cheryl and her team were incredibly helpful and friendly to me and I look forward to meeting them in person.

I just had 3 sewing machines cleaned/tuned up for around $250. They now run like a dream; the older Kenmore runs so much quieter, the Baby lock Jubilant's needle threader works again, and my Baby lock Unity sews beautifully. Thanks Ron for doing this for a reasonable price unlike the other 2 repair stores close by.

Stopped while visiting Sioux Falls. This shop has a great variety of fabrics, tools, books & patterns. Nice selection of samples. The staff was excellent - knowledgeable and very personable. And the location is convenient to 229 & 90. I recommend you check them out!

The owners provide exceptional customer service and stand behind their products. Their goal is customer satisfaction and that is what I get there always. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There selections of fabric, machines and thread are great. My favorite place to shop!
