Let me tell you the girls working here are absolutely amazing! I went into the store to purchase another embroidery machine for my business and I am so glad I did! Kara and Austin went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got everything I was looking for! Kara was so helpful, she answered so many of my questions, and was so knowledgeable about product recommendations. I left feeling like they cared about my needs and truly just wanted to spread their love of the craft! Thank you girls so much! You won over this small embroidery business and I will ONLY be coming to All Brands Sewing and More for all my needs now and in the future!

I brought in my Bernina to troubleshoot a threading problem, and the technician who helped me was kind, quick and even oiled my machine for me during the visit. Great customer service! I definitely will bring my machine back for servicing in the future.

I bought a Bernina 880 for a great price but what has been truly amazing is the customer service! They have supported me through the entire process of learning the machine and while I still have a lot to learn I have confidence they will be there to help. Purchasing from allbrands has been one of the best experiences I've had with a merchant in my 68 years. Thank you Barbara and Kara!

One of the last places that actually provides customer service. I brought my machine in after years of not being used, just to see if it was working properly or needed maintenance. Barbara spent 30 minutes checking different things and showing me how to take care of the machine, at no cost. She also explained the importance of starching my quilt fabric, which made a big difference as I finished cutting my pieces!

Wow, what kind and helpful folks! I bought a machine on Ebay that was having issues and within 2 minutes they were able to diagnose why it wasn’t working. Had another issue with the machine I bought after that (also from eBay), and they fixed the issue in minutes- both times for free since it was an easy diagnosis. Their store is beautiful, employees kind and helpful, and they have an incredible selection of threads! It really fills the missing pieces from Joanne’s closing, which is great because I’d rather support a small business anyway. I also bought a used serger from them, and it came with a free class
