Don't let the name fool you! They do so much more than embroidery. Awesome customer service. They treat you like family and make sure that your order is perfect. Willing to provide suggestions/recommendations to make the final result even better than you thought it could be. A small female owned business that creates results you'd expect from the bigger places but at a price that the big boys would never give!

We love working with Jones Inck. They are professional and timely. Our coffee shop recently opened and they quickly processed a last minute order of aprons for our baristas. A few weeks later we received an unexpected request to serve WFAA/Good Morning Texas, and I wanted a branded cardigan to wear to the delivery. They had an event coming that weekend and made accommodations to complete the order before their departure! It’s amazing how much branded apparel upgrades your image. I’m looking forward to continuing to patronize their locally-owned business.
