Great place lovely store. Lots of panels and children’s books along with a wonderful selection of fabrics, accessories and sewing machines five stars. Plus the staff is super friendly and nice!

If you need your sewing machine repaired, this is the best guy in the world to fix your sewing machine. Each employee is very pleasant. They were patient with me as I was sharing my sewing machine troubles. They explained what they were doing to do and when it would be finished. It actually was done early! Thank you so much! I will definitely be using you again.

I have continuously traded with Richland Sewing Center since 1970. They have serviced multiple machines of mine and my mothers , including my 1940s and 50s singer Featherweight and 301A.They do a phenomenal job with both old and new model machines, particularly my brothers Luminaire and my brother D3600. They have a helpful staff, a wide variety of fabric selections and sewing notions. I will shop in nowhere else for machines, tools, and free consultations… Their class events are helpful and inspiring to learn new skills and enjoy companionship, of fellow Quilters, and sewist. I purchased a Previously Loved Husqvarna Ruby Royale from Richland Sewing Center and LOVE my "new to me" machine !!!! Customer service is wonderful. I brought my other Husqvarna machine in for service when I picked up my "new machine". Will definitely be back as the need arrives !!!
