Lovely shop. Big focus on Bernina brand and accessories. Less fabric selection than i would have imagined for the size but they are obviously more focused on hardware. Helpful staff and not hovering. Tricky location as of April '26 because signage on door only. Staff said working on building signage.

I have spent a lot of money here. I do not recommend anyone to pay for any. Purchase up front. I purchased a Q 24 with Q Matic machine on January 9 2025 (yes 2025) It’s been a year and 4 months and I still haven’t received it. Jessica will not answer phone calls or text messages. So as of 5pm today March 31 2026 I am filing embezzlement charges on Jessica and Stitchhouse. She cannot keep treating people like this. I was very patient with her for a very long time. She always told me it was on back order, but when I contacted Bernina they said they had not had any back orders so that was all lies and she makes her employees lie for her. That has to stop. I want buy anything else from her. Very disappointed customer. Do not want to give a star rating but I have to. Also I want to say she always promises to give away large gifts in a drawing but that never happens I will also be filling a charge on that.

Update: The owner reached out to me after posting my review and offered to make things right. She is going to do her best to find a replacement part and also offered a refund. I am still upset by the initial interaction but appreciate her kindness and prompt response. ----- Dropped off my sewing machine for service 11 weeks ago, finally got a trxt earlier this week saying it was ready. Went in to pick it up and learned that they broke it when cleaning it. There was no apology, no offer of a partial refund or discount or even a coupon for future service... Just, here's a note that your machine is old and replacement parts are not available. My machine was working fine when I brought it in, I just wanted to keep it in good working order and now I'm worse off than before. I am livid at the way thia was handled.

A wonderful well stocked quilt shop located in Richardson, Texas👏🏻. We visited again during the 2026 ATXSH in March. Great store with some wonderful machines, options and fabrics. Nice friendly people, very helpful with a good Texas spirit. We chatted a bit and felt right at home with such knowledgeable staff. Good atmosphere and we look forward to returning soon, Aye!

Extremely unprofessional company. Avoid doing business with them. I ordered a sewing table online and paid $300 extra for White Glove in-home delivery and setup, plus $200 for shipping. Despite paying for this service, the 340-pound sewing table was simply dropped outside my front door in 17-degree winter weather. When I contacted the manager, Elias at Stitchhouse, he told me they had received an email a few days earlier stating that the white glove service was not available. However, no one from Stitchhouse ever contacted me to inform me that the service I paid for would not be provided. They still allowed the order to proceed and charged me for it. Leaving a 340-pound piece of furniture outside in freezing weather after charging for in-home delivery and setup is completely unacceptable. I asked Elias to have the owner of Stitchhouse call me directly. It has now been over a week and I have received no call. This level of customer service and accountability is extremely disappointing. Once they have your money, it appears they have little concern for honoring the services they promised or addressing serious problems with an order. I strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere. Update 03/10/26 I would like to clarify a few important facts in response to this reply. At the time the cabinet was delivered, the 340-lb sewing table was left outside my home in 17-degree weather, despite the fact that I had originally paid for white glove in-home delivery and setup through Stitchhouse. I was never contacted in advance by Stitchhouse to inform me that the white glove service had been canceled. I only learned this after the cabinet had already been dropped off outside my door. Yes, the delivery and freight charges were eventually refunded, but that occurred after I contacted Stitchhouse to report the problem. The core issue remains that the cabinet was delivered without the service that was originally arranged through Stitchhouse and no one notified me beforehand so I could plan for how to move a 340-lb item safely into my home. I also asked if the owner could contact me directly regarding the situation, and I never received that call. Only 15 minutes after my first review did I get a call from Stitchhouse owner Jessica. My review reflects my personal experience with how the delivery situation and communication were handled. I believe customers deserve to be informed when a major service they paid for is canceled—especially when it involves delivery of an item of this size and weight. Lori Batt
