I have taken many hats to this place to be embroidered for our business. They are super helpful and very friendly to deal with. They also have always been very quick to get the finished product back to me. Great business, highly recommend them to anyone.

Our company uses Image Matters for all of our Embroidery needs. They are amazing to work with and are very professional and helpful. We've used other embroiderers before but the level of craftmanships and quality to the embroidery that Image Matters puts out is hard to beat! I've pulled all of our embroidery from accross the state and we soley use Image Matters now! We are so grateful for their hard work!

I'm a business owner and I've been using Image Matters for several years after being referred to them by a friend. I just have to say that I've been so impressed with their customer service and embroidery. We live in Washington state and we tried a couple local embroidery shops thinking all embroidery is the same. We found out this isn't true and have gone back to Image Matters even though they're in another state. We've never had anything but outstanding work done by them. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Image Matters is a great company to work with. We were able to get the exact shirt style we wanted embroidered and they were good to do their research on what the colors for our franchise is to keep on file for us. Prices are also fantastic!
