Paid 85 bucks to have them service a serging machine. They must not have had a screw driver that day because they didn't clean or oil anything behind the face plate. Not to mention the tensioners were all messed up. Wouldn't trust them with any of my machines after this ordeal.

A LOT of fabric options. Alot of sewing machine accessories and parts. Especially Bernenia machines. Staff was friendly but was not nosey. Appreciate that 100%. Very large shop, it felt a little tigh with space. Little higher cost on fabric.

I love Bernina, the people that work there are awesome and helpful, but the best service they provide is sewing machine repair and maintenance. The gentleman, Brandon, is so knowledgeable and very good at repairing any issue your machine has. He takes the time to explain the issue and will show you what he did and what you can do to fix it if it happens again (if its an easy fix) they are very reasonable priced. Highly recommend!
