Been a customer for many years. Staff are very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've purchased 2 Baby Lock sewing machines and an embroidery machine. I sew an awful lot. Their servicing of machine is awesome. I recommend everyone to them. They are the best and have never disappointed me. All Brands, you ROCK!!!!!!!

Took my brother embroidery machine in to be cleaned and oiled a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed with the customer service. After getting it home, it's the quietest I've ever not heard it. Great people, very reasonable pricing. Just took my every day Husqvarna sewing machine in today be cleaned as well. Looking forward to getting it back. I will be using them for a long time ☺️

Recently I took my vintage straight stitch sewing machine to get serviced, and was surprised by the incredibly quick turn around time - about 4 days. Every employee I've met has been welcoming and helpful. On my last visit, Meg took the time to walk me through what attachments would work well with my older machine & provided a few free guidebooks for me to flip through. If you're looking for machine maintenance, sewing or quilting notions, or even friendly advice, this is a great place to go.

Great place. Very knowledgeable on sewing machines. Sales and repairs of all models. Staff friendly and helpful. They have classes on the machine you purchase, so they care about you being successful and happy with your new machine.
