Exceptional customer service from start to finish. While the initial product for our unit wasn’t quite right due to a simple miscommunication (not their fault at all), Johnny and his team immediately stepped in and took ownership of the situation. They worked quickly and professionally to make sure the final product fully met our team’s expectations. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Johnny and his team are absolute rockstars—I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Dolphin International Embroidery again and highly recommend them.

Your one stop shop for all things custom! I first walked into Dolphin International 12 years ago. You are instantly greeted and you see the American Pride hanging all over the building, you can see the love that Team Dolphin has for our military service members as well as the military members love and gratitude for Dolphin International. Johnny and his team have outfitted my family, military family, friends with the best designs, top notch quality and custom swag that continues to this day. Every step of the process is handled professionally. The talented graphic artists, brilliant screen printers, embroidery Gods and dynamic staff are the BEST of the BEST! Ten out of ten, would most definitely recommend! HTU Dolphin International!

Good quality, but they are overpriced. We have been changing our patches over to an online vendor based in Mt. Marion, NY because of over pricing patches and design and set-up fees charged by Dolphin. a new patch design and a 250 patch order was going to cost well over double the price.

They are really good just takes a long time to get your merchandise back and that's probably because they are that good plenty of clientele I say all that to say I wish they was a little faster but again I give him a five star there are really good
