Tidewater Sew-Vac

I purchased my Sebo K2 Kombi vacuum from here and I am extremely satisfied. Prior to coming to the store, I messaged their email on their website with a question if they carried the item I wanted in the store or if they had to be ordered. Wonderful Tami responded saying which locations currently had them but if I wanted to purchase at a specific store, they would have one moved for me. The next day I was able to come to this location and purchased by Sebo. The staff was busy when I arrived but they were amazing and had me in and out quickly. I recommend this place 10/10.

I was gifted a sewing machine and realized it was missing a few parts. I called to see if my machine could be serviced and Eric answered the phone. He politely Asked me to bring my machine in. It literally took him three minutes to repair. The repair was so cheap. I almost felt bad using my card as I did not bring cash with me. Eric was so polite and informative, even gave me a demonstration on some of the newer machines he took the time to show me how to properly thread my machine. It was very patient and understanding and even advised me that they offer classes. I look forward to taking future classes here because of the friendliness, professionalism and care. I’m a loyal customer for life now.

I had a wonderful experience at Tidewater Sew-Vac! I recently purchased a previously loved Brother PR680W Embroidery Machine, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful, patient, and willing to work with me to make sure I felt comfortable using my new machine. They even took the time to provide training and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciate their support and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for sewing or embroidery equipment!

Love this Tidewater Sew and Vac at Kempsville! Brought my Sebo Vacuum cleaner in and Eric diagnosed the problem within minutes. Will have it back to me in 1 or 2 business days. Other repair shops quoted me two weeks. Save your time and don't go anywhere else for vacuum repair. They are the best in Hampton Roads!

This is one of several quilt shops in the area, all locally owned. The staff we so personable and helpful. The store was clean and aesthetically pleasing. They was a great variety and prices were consistent with other local stores. There were a ton of displayed projects to enjoy. This was my first visit but I would definitely visit again if in the area. Would definitely recommend to other quilters, fabric enthusiast and anyone who enjoys looking at pretty things.
