They provided me with a sample shirt to ensure the design was printed to my specifications and I was comfortable with moving forward with the purchase. This is THE place to get your shirts embroidered! They did an OUTSTANDING job! We had to rush the order due to a time crunch, and they quoted us 1 week but had it done in three days! They've done a lot of great work for me, and at a good price. I'm in there constantly for embroidery work as well as large shirt orders. They are on time and produce great quality, and the products always withstand the washing machine.

The whole Custom Shirt Shop experience has been A+ since I started using them in July 2010. I work for a small non-profit and needed a company that was happy to take small to large orders on no set schedule at all. CSS does all of the screen printing for our program and event shirts. We have also used them for small logo embroidery. Their products are always reasonably priced, but it's their customer service that really shines and keep me coming back after a few years.
