Quality Sewing & Vacuum

I bought a brother sewing machine on Amazon and it came to my house completely broken. The needle didn't move at all! I took it here and one of the employees helped explain to me that those kinds of sewing machines were pretty crappy, its not worth fixing, and I should get my money back! She then helped me test a sewing machine and learn how to use it and then I bought that exact one. She was so helpful and my sewing machine I got with them works so wonderfully! They also have completely free sewing classes though I haven't gone since I like to try and learn myself. I love this place!

I must say that the customer service is amazing! I went in to upgrade from my current machine. Velvet is amazing, knowledge and informative. I found my new machine which is amazing. I can go in or call with questions. No hesitation at all in answering my questions. My new favorite store for notions, fabric and accessories. I am totally enoying my new Pfaff machine. Thank you so much!

Very clean, well organized and well lit. Navigating the space is very easy and open. No towering shelving, you can see everything. The customer service was incredible, I felt like a very important customer. All my questions were thoughtfully answered. The machines are displayed nicely and not all crammed together. I’m going back for sure, I really enjoyed being there

I was able to do a trade-in for my old Riccar "Roam" cordless stick vac. for my new Riccar SupraLite corded entry vacuum cleaner. I ended up paying way less overall because the Supralite corded vacuum cleaner was already on sale. Mine was new and sealed in its box already in the back room of the store. There was no need for me to order one. This new vac. works super well. It has a very powerful sounding, high-rev motor. I did not realize at first that when it is powered on that I had to make sure that I had a firm grip on the handle. It moves all on its own even when it is in the full upright position! So if you buy one you should be extra careful. It is an essential quick clean-up vac. that will be used by me very often in the future.

I want to give a shout out to LeAnne Durham, the store manager and Rob, the technician, for the help that they gave me on Christmas Eve when my 6 spool embroidery machine suddenly would not stitch correctly and I had gifts left to complete. I called the store in the middle of the afternoon not even really expecting anyone to answer. But when someone did answer and was extremely kind and helpful I was shocked. It was Christmas Eve, I was sure everyone wanted to hurry up and go home. I was sure that everyone else who was having last-minute issues was also calling for,help. The only thing I was hoping was to find out was if I could bring my machine in the day after Christmas and get it serviced so I could finish my gifts after Christmas. Instead, I reached Leanne who so patiently said what can I help you with? I explained all that was going wrong with my stitching and that I knew I probably needed someone to look at it. Leanne offered to contact the technician immediately and ask him to call me to see if he could help me make the adjustments over the phone. I was so surprised at her patience, her willingness to listen, and her take action on the spot to quickly get me help so that we could get my machine working correctly Immediately. Within a few minutes, Rob called and I explained what was happening to him. He quickly assessed what the problem was and told me what I needed to do to fix it. He followed up with an email that sent me directions with diagrams aright out of the manual so that I could get my machine working right away. Everything that he advised me to do worked exactly right on my first try. I was able to get my gifts done in time for Christmas. The day after Christmas, I told my husband I wanted to go to the store just to thank these kind people for being so willing to help me at the last minute. Their assistance went so far further than I could’ve ever hoped. I really appreciated their customer service and highly recommend the store to anyone who’s having issues with their sewing machines or their embroidery machines.
